Dream Remodels Start Here In Somers Point
For our crew, Somers Point isn’t a service area, it’s the daily commute. Our office sits in Ocean City, just over the Route 52 causeway, which means we pass through Somers Point every working day. That kind of proximity changes how a project runs: estimates get scheduled fast, our project manager can stop by between milestones, and if something needs a second look, we’re there the same day,not the same week.
The homes here reward that attention. Where Somers Point mixes established neighborhoods of capes and colonials with bayfront properties that carry real character and most of them are at the age where kitchens, bathrooms, and layouts are overdue for their next chapter. That’s exactly the work we do, with the design and the build handled by one team under one roof!
Every service we offer runs as a standalone project or as part of a larger renovation plan. Here’s how the work breaks down in Somers Point and you’ll notice the examples aren’t just hypothetical, they’re in our portfolio!
Kitchen & Bathroom Remodeling:
The heart of our work in this town. Our kitchen remodels are complete renovations with layout changes, custom cabinetry, stone counters, tile, and lighting, just like the elegant kitchen renovation we completed right here in Somers Point. Bathrooms renovations get the same depth: our Somers Point master bath in the portfolio shows the standard, with custom cabinetry, a fully waterproofed tile system, and every detail behind the walls brought up to code before the finishes went on.
Custom Carpentry & Statement Pieces:
Some of our most photographed custom work lives in Somers Point. The backlit quartzite bar with handcrafted millwork and the staircase accent wall in our portfolio were both built here! If you want a wet bar, built-in shelving, wainscoting, or one signature feature finished at a luxury level, our carpenters do that work everyday and are ready to turn your space into a dream.
Custom Home Additions & Decks:
Additions are a hit for us in Somers Point, when the home needs more space or a better way to enjoy the outside, we design, engineer, permit, and build it with one crew. We build composite and wood decks sized for bayfront exposure and backyard living (watch the custom backyard deck we built in Somers Point on our videos page), plus screened porches, second-story additions, bump-outs, and in-law suites, all framed and finished by the same carpenters from start to end.

That’s the accountability behind projects we do everywhere, local work, done for neighbors, that has to hold up to conversation at the next cookout.

Elise and I started NJ Dream Builders in 2016 to bring a designer’s eye and a builder’s hands together in one company. Ten years later, Somers Point is where we find ourselves almost every month and we’d love for your project to be next!
